Following three years after its initial release, "It Takes Two" has been updated on PC for an enhanced gaming experience via Steam. The game's developer, Hazelight Studios, has made the game natively available on Steam, eliminating the need for users to log in via the EA App launcher to access the game from this platform.
Even though online play still necessitates an EA account, the game can now be played natively on Steam, facilitating easier collaboration with Steam friends. A new version of the game's Friend's Pass allows gamers to invite others who do not own the game. Support for Steam Family Sharing is also now included.
In another advancement, "It Takes Two" has been confirmed as Steam Deck Verified. This assures players that the game is fully optimized for use on Valve's handheld gaming device.
"It Takes Two" is accessible on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Hazelight Studios has hinted at the possible announcement of their next game later this year.
